2.What is your inflatable products material?
Inflatable games is made of PVC Tarpaulin, Lead Free. The Flame Retardant is suitable for ASTM84.
3.Can you print my picture or logo on the inflatable product
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw. Free for amount over 50 pcs per unit.
4.Can you design one specially?
Yes, please send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

5.What included in the inflatable toys?
It is included inflatable games, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue),ground sheet or slide cover. Pumps and blower are sold separately.
6.What kind of guarantee you can give?
Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. The guarantee is 2 years for main structure, and 2 months for parts. As it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.
7.Your blowers or Pumps meet CE/UL requirements?
Our blowers and pumps have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

9.How do I pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.
10.How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your /confirm/iation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment. If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.
11.Lead time?
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 3-7 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of /confirm/iation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the amount.
12.Shipping?
Can be delivery by Express /by Air or by Sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days and by sea 15-30 days.
